Ballet Barre

Using the ballet barre, resistance bands, and stability balls, you’ll improve posture, build core strength, and increase flexibility, all in a music-filled setting. Center exercises and choreography focus on grace, strength, and fluidity. Leave feeling energized, inspired, and transformed.
